Throughout his career, Leonardo has advised startups and technology companies from pre-seed through Series B stages, backed by venture capital funds and angel investors both domestic and international, on transactions including entity formation, fundraising rounds (SAFEs, convertible notes, and equity rounds), cap table restructurings, vesting arrangements, M&A transactions, and cross-border expansion across Latin America and the United States.
