Summary:

Pablo is a partner at Serrano Abogados and advises our clients on corporate and personal taxation matters, focusing on cross-border tax issues arising from their operations. Pablo has vast experience advising on a broad spectrum of tax issues related to Chilean and international taxation. Throughout his career, he has specialized in domestic and international restructurings, application of double tax treaties and transfer pricing for both large companies and high net worth individuals. He previously worked as tax advisor at KPMG Chile and in the Netherlands where he worked as a senior associate at Taxperience N.V. as part of the international tax team.
