Gustavo is a partner at Serrano Abogados and has focused his practice on tax and business matters, advising his clients on projects in Chile and abroad, with experience in various markets, particularly Banking, Finance and Real Estate. In this regard, Gustavo has provided advice both at the corporate level, for holding and operating companies, as well as for individuals, overseeing the necessary legal implementation. He previously worked as tax advisor at Itaú Chile bank and subsidiaries (AGF and Brokers), in addition to having worked at EY Chile.
